Preschool Family Nature Day 2022

Discover and explore the wonders of the Sonoran desert in a morning of fun and adventure for young children and their families. 

• Activities led by UArizona College of Education students.
• Guided nature walks and activities.
• Special musical performance by Mr. Nature
• Meet our ambassador animals Ziggy, Elvis, and Momo.
• Activities designed for ages 3 - 5, but all are welcome!
• Bring snacks, water bottle and sun protection

Camp Cooper is nested on 10 acres of pristine Sonoran Desert - rich with plant and animal life. Short walks on well maintained trails await Tucson's youngest learners at Preschool Family Nature Day. Preschool Family Nature Day is co-hosted by the University of Arizona College of Education. Trained college students will lead guided activities designed to help preschool-aged learners engage and connect with nature.
