A Five Year Roadmap
In 2017, we issued our first Strategic Plan, created by members of the Cooper Center staff and Advisory Board. This original plan was 3 years in length, spanning from 2017 through 2020.
Our new plan picks up where the last one ended, starting in 2021 and extending forward five years to 2026. The Strategic Plan addresses five major areas of growth and development, including Programs & Staff, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Facilities Improvements, Marketing and Fundraising.
Our goal in creating and sharing this plan is to offer our partners, donors and supporters a clear picture of the future of the Cooper Center, and milestones along the way that we will use to guide our work.
